    Rome – Arrival
    Transfer from Rome airport to the hotel, free time at leisure.

    Rome Hop on hop off Panoramic Tour
    Breakfast at hotel. Enjoy your first day in Rome with the Hop on hop off Panoramic tour bus! The easy way to discover Rome! On board of a double-decker bus you’ll create your tailor made tour to visit the most important sites of the Eternal City. The buses drive continuously by the city’s most important monuments. You’ll find them punctually at all stops of the bus route from morning till evening, seven days a week. Get on and off when and wherever you like. On board a very informative audioguide will help you understand
    the incredible history and art splendour that makes Rome a unique city. The ticket is valid for one day. It is important to stay at the bus stop a few minutes before the bus arrival.

    Day 3

    Rome
    After breakfast, enjoy the exclusive experience, a mix of leisure and lifestyle, exploring markets and small grocery shops. Learn how to make handmade pasta enjoying a typical Italian lunch in an amazing location. The chef invites you to live an unforgettable experience off the beaten path. First, you’ll be taken on a pleasant visit of the enchanting places where Romans love to get groceries, a real experience in the heart of the city. Your cooking class will take place in an unique location. At the end of the lesson, you’ll taste what you prepared. Afternoon at leisure.

    Day 4

    Rome – Naples
    After breakfast, private transfer from hotel to Termini railway station and transfer by train (2nd class ticket, high speed) to Naples. Upon arrival, private transfer from Naples railway station to hotel. Afternoon dedicated to visiting Naples: the excursion is composed by the visit of 3 different areas: Monumental Naples (walking) passing trough Piazza del Plebiscito, Umberto I Gallery, the Royal Palace, San Carlo theatre and the New Castle. Then you’ll visit the most famous spot of Panoramic Naples (by bus): via Caracciolo, Mergellina and Posillipo. To discover the last part, Historical Naples once again you will walk into the famous street called “Spaccanapoli” visiting the churches of Gesù Nuovo and Santa Chiara.

    Day 5

    Naples
    After breakfast, pick up at hotel and departure for the full day excursion. Visit of the ruins of Pompeii, buried by the eruption of Vesuvius in 79 A.D. and brought back to light nearly intact. The tour will show you something of the lifestyle of the ancient inhabitants of the town. Stop in a local factory to look at the productive process of Cameos and Corals. After lunch you will continue with the driver (without guide) to the Panoramic Tour of Amalfi Coast, where the beautiful towns of Sorrento, Positano and Amalfi are placed. At the end of the visit return to Naples.

    Day 6

    Naples – Florence
    After breakfast, private transfer from hotel to Naples railway station and transfer by train (2nd class ticket, high speed) to Florence. Upon arrival, private transfer from Florence railway station to hotel. In the afternoon we suggest explore Florence with a walking tour: Ponte Vecchio, the famous Uffizi courtyard, the amazing Brunelleschi’s Dome which overlooks the Baptistery’s golden “Gates of Paradise”. Allow yourself a close encounter with this fascinating city, understanding and appreciating the background and its importance in history. At the end of the tour. A traditional dinner with a 3-course menu will follow in the same setting.

    Day 7

    Florence
    Breakfast at hotel. Morning, free time at leisure for personal visits. In the afternoon go learn to make Pizza and Gelato just like the Italians do! Our chefs will be happy to introduce you to the history of these Italian glorious creations! Make pizza in oven with our professional pizza chef, called pizzaiolo. You will learn how to make tender, flexible yeast dough that stretches to almost paper thinness, and even the trick for a flavourful yet light tomato sauce. Even if you bake pizza in your own oven, these techniques are universal and using them really makes a difference. With the pizzaiolo, you’ll make your very own pizza, you’ll stretch it, sauce it, bake it, slice it. After pizza, it’s time for Gelato, and you will learn why gelato remains Italy’s favourite dessert. You will get to know the basic raw ingredients, how to select the best products available according to specific principles and you will have a presentation and tasting of some of the flavours used in gelato making. At the end of the tour you’ll enjoy nice dinner and you’ll get a graduation certificate and
    a recipes booklet.

    Day 8

    Florence and come back home
    After breakfast, private transfer from hotel to Florence airport. Arrivederci!

    International hotel check in time is between 2pm and 3pm and check out time is between 11am and 12pm. (Exceptions apply). Early check in and or late check-out is subject to availability of rooms and may be chargeable.

    It is the responsibility of the passengers to ensure they hold valid passport, visa, travel and medical insurance, vaccination etc., as applicable for each destination.

    City/tourist tax as applicable, must be paid directly at the hotel.

    To assist with visa application process, ITL World would provide copies of air tickets, travel insurance and other ground service vouchers for bookings made and fully paid for. Approval and issuance of visa is at the discretion of respective Embassies or Consulates and ITL World cannot in anyway influence this process. Certain nationals however receive visa on arrival in select countries, subject to prior online approvals
