Day 1

Kochi/ Mararikulam, Alleppey
Arrival, transfer from airport to resort. Day at leisure.
Simplicity and care are the defining elements of our cottages and villas at Marari. Made mostly with local materials and infused with a native aesthetic, these become abodes of pleasure and privacy of an unusual kind to make you feel truly at home. You will note with delight that the bathrooms – our piece de resistance – have been designed to mimic nature as you get to bathe under open skies with rustling leaves, whispering winds and shimmering stars for company.

Day 2

Ayurvedic rejuvenation program sessions at resort.

Session: Uzhichil With Swedanam (1 Hour 15 Minutes)
This is a simple massage with medicated oil, recommended for general fitness of the body. It tones up the muscles, increases blood circulation, relax joints stimulate the nervous system and is good for sense organs. This is followed by steam bath.

Session: Rasayana Uzhichil
This is three in one item. They are
1) Rejuvenation therapy
2) General body massage and
3) Medicated steam bath.
This aims at preventing the destructive effects of ageing on the human body together with promoting the quality and quantity of one’s life span. General body massage to revive tired and jaded muscles, general vitality and for a cool mind. Medicated steam bath eliminating toxins from the body by inducing profuse preparation. A specially designed cabinet is used for steam bath.

Day 3

Session: Rasayana Uzhichil
This is three in one item. They are
1) Rejuvenation therapy
2) General body massage and
3) Medicated steam bath.

Session: Ellakithirummu
This is a special massage which has its origin in the traditional martial arts of Kerala. This massage gives relief from all the muscular pains of the body. It also helps to reduce inflammation resulting from falls, accidents, sprains etc….

Day 4

Session: Rasayana Uzhichil
This is three in one item. They are
1) Rejuvenation therapy
2) General body massage and
3) Medicated steam bath.

Session: Kizhi
The leaves of certain herbs are made in to a bolus from in a cotton cloth and are pummeled on the affected parts after a therapeutic massage with suitable medicated oil.

Session: Njavarakizhi
An effective treatment for nerve weakness, emaciated limbs and joint pain. The body is gently massaged with linen bags filled with njavara rice paste that has been cooked well in milk and herbal decoction.

Day 5

Session: Kizhi
The leaves of certain herbs are made in to a bolus from in a cotton cloth and are pummeled on the affected parts after a therapeutic massage with suitable medicated oil.

Session: Njavarakizhi

Day 6

Session: Kizhi
The leaves of certain herbs are made in to a bolus from in a cotton cloth and are pummeled on the affected parts after a therapeutic massage with suitable medicated oil.

Session: Pizhichil
This is a process traditionally followed once a year to keep the body fit and healthy and prevent ageing of cells and tissues.
Warm herbal oil is poured all over the body by two or more trained masseurs in a specific rhythmic manner continuously for 60mins.

Session: Sirodhara
A specialty of Kerala Ayurveda Treatments in which herbal oil is poured in a rhythmic manner on the forehead of the person lying on the back. It relaxes the entire nervous system.

Day 7

Session: Kizhi

Prices mentioned is starting from, per person based on 2 persons travelling together and sharing twin/double room, subject to seasonal surcharges and availability.

It is not always possible to book the time slot in advance. Hence the time will only be announced at time of consultation on the first day.

It is advisable to show one’s medical history during consultation to help plan for best results, taking into consideration any specific problems.

Additional Internal medicines may be prescribed at additional cost which can be bought from the center directly.

ITL World reserve the right to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in rates of exchange, and/or fuel costs, special or high season charges and hike in the airline/hotel/rail/land transportation charges before the date of departure.

For convenience of passengers and / or feasibility of operations, ITL World or their service providers may sometimes amend the itinerary.

International hotel check in time is between 2pm and 3pm and check out time is between 11am and 12pm. (Exceptions apply). Early check in and or late check-out is subject to availability of rooms and may be chargeable.

It is the responsibility of the passengers to ensure they hold valid passport, visa, travel and medical insurance, vaccination etc., as applicable for each destination.

City/tourist tax as applicable, must be paid directly at the hotel.

To assist with visa application process, ITL World would provide copies of air tickets, travel insurance and other ground service vouchers for bookings made and fully paid for. Approval and issuance of visa is at the discretion of respective Embassies or Consulates and ITL World cannot in anyway influence this process. Certain nationals however receive visa on arrival in select countries, subject to prior online approvals.
