Day 1

Arrival Nairobi
Upon arrival at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport (flight booked by Agent), clients will be met and transferred to the Nairobi Hotel. Remainder of the day at leisure.
Overnight at EKA Hotel in Superior room or similar

Day 2

Nairobi – Masai Mara
Guests will be collected early from hotel and transferred to Wilson Airport for a scheduled flight to Masai Mara. The flight departs Nairobi at 1000hrs and arrives approximately at 1100hrs. Upon arrival, guests will be met and transferred to the lodge. Following lunch, there will be shared afternoon game drive returning to camp as the sun sets. If guests arrive in the afternoon, they will be transferred to the lodge.

Day 3

Masai Mara
Rising at dawn with tea and coffee, depart for an early morning shared game drive before breakfast, catching the animals before the heat of the day sets in. Enjoy the rest of the morning at leisure, followed by shared afternoon game drive, returning to the lodge as the sun sets.

Overnight at Keekorok Game Lodge

Day 4

Masai Mara – Nairobi
After breakfast transferred to the nearest airstrip for a scheduled flight to Nairobi. The flight departs Mara at 1100hrs and arrives into Nairobi at approximately 1215hrs. Upon arrival, guests will be met and transferred to Jomo Kenyatta International Airport for onwards flight.

Prices mentioned is starting from, per person based on 2 persons travelling together and sharing twin/double room, subject to seasonal surcharges and availability.

Please note that the above rates are based on using Fly Sax (Return Nairobi – Masai Mara domestic flights). In case there is no flight availability on Fly Sax then an additional supplement will occur.

Price mentioned in Saudi Riyal (SAR) includes flight from Riyadh, package also available from Jeddah and Dammam. Flights from other cities can be booked based on availability and the cost is subject to change.

ITL World reserve the right to amend the prices in case of currency fluctuations, changes in rates of exchange, and/or fuel costs, special or high season charges and hike in the airline/hotel/rail/land transportation charges before the date of departure.

For convenience of passengers and / or feasibility of operations, ITL World or their service providers may sometimes amend the itinerary.

International hotel check in time is between 2pm and 3pm and check out time is between 11am and 12pm. (Exceptions apply). Early check in and or late check-out is subject to availability of rooms and may be chargeable.

It is the responsibility of the passengers to ensure they hold valid passport, visa, travel and medical insurance, vaccination etc., as applicable for each destination.

City/tourist tax as applicable, must be paid directly at the hotel.

To assist with visa application process, ITL World would provide copies of air tickets, travel insurance and other ground service vouchers for bookings made and fully paid for. Approval and issuance of visa is at the discretion of respective Embassies or Consulates and ITL World cannot in anyway influence this process. Certain nationals however receive visa on arrival in select countries, subject to prior online approvals.
